2020 Alumni Reunion and Homecoming Event

With the uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, the plans for this year’s annual reunion are in limbo. If the University activities return to something near normalcy, the Michigan Chapter of Delta Chi will be hosting this year’s annual reunion on the Michigan Homecoming weekend, October 2325, 2020. Michigan will be hosting Purdue at the Big House

Friday Night: Alumni and actives are invited to join us for a pizza party at the new chapter house from 6 PM to 10 PM or later. This will be an informal gathering, a chance to meet the current actives and reconnect with your classmates. These get-togethers have been very popular and well attended in years past.

Saturday Morning/Afternoon: Coffee and donuts will be provided at the chapter house in the morning at 10 AM. The kickoff time for the football game has yet to be announced. So, lunch or dinner arrangements will be provided at a later date. Ticket holders (if there are any) can hike or drive to the Big House and watch the Wolverines overwhelm the Purdue Boilermakers. Others can enjoy the game on large-screen TVs in the chapter house.

Sunday Morning: We’ll play golf at UofM’s Blue Course, weather permitting. Morning tee times are planned, so our out-of-town brothers can catch an airplane back home.

Recommended Lodging: Ann Arbor hotels are largely booked on football weekends. And, they are unusually expensive, if available. However, we have reserved rooms at the Comfort Inn in nearby Chelsea at the special rate of $156/night. Please make your reservations soon by calling 734-433-8000 and referencing “Delta Chi Fraternity Alumni”. These reservations can be cancelled a week in advance.

Football Tickets: Football tickets might be severely limited, our attendance record of 100,000 plus will be in jeopardy! If tickets are available we will keep you posted

We look forward to revisiting the new chapter house with you. It’s a modern, spacious, and clean facility that you and your guests will enjoy.
