Work to install the roof trusses began March 2. The pictures are progress as of March 8, showing the back half of the roof is complete.

Note the beginning of the dormer and roof framing on the front of the house. The picture on the third floor looking toward Hill Street shows the massive roof structure. The interior framing, rough electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is nearing completion on the lower, main and second floor levels as all crafts are working together under Dean Warner’s (Alpha Construction Manager) able guidance.
Exterior brickwork will start very shortly. Project remains on schedule for the start of the fall ’16 term and costs are still in the $3.0 – 3.1 million range.
