The Alumni Association of the Michigan Chapter will be hosting this year’s Delta Chi Duffer’s Classic on the weekend of June 3-5, 2016 in Ann Arbor.
For Brothers arriving for the weekend, we plan a dinner and pub crawl in Ann Arbor’s local downtown brewpubs on Friday evening.
On Saturday, we’ll gather for brunch at a to-be-designated hotel. We’ll then depart for a round of golf at the Michigan’s Blue Course to compete for the EQ Kimball Kup, and, in the evening we’ll dine together at Metzgers’ or another traditional restaurant.
On Sunday, we’ll play at nearby public course with a morning tee time so our out-of-town Brothers can catch an airplane back home.
We have considered a “scramble” format to accommodate those golfers with lesser skills (is that not most of us!?), but we would need a rather large turnout for that to work.
