We are fortunate to enjoy a vibrant and effective Alumni Association of the Michigan Chapter of Delta Chi. You will recall our extremely successful campaign to build the new chapter house at 1705 Hill Street. Now, the alumni association needs your support of its on-going operations and activities. Please consider opening your heart and wallet, and help us maintain a viable alumni association. If you choose not to donate funds, volunteering your time will also be valuable to our success.
The principal goal of the Alumni Loyalty Program is to raise enough money each year to fund the operation and activities of the alumni association. The association’s operations include the updating of the alumni roster, maintenance of the alumni website, and publication of the association’s Delts and eDelts. The activities it sponsors or supports include the annual alumni reunion, the UofM homecoming, and the spring golf tournament.
As described in earlier eDelts, we have set a fundraising goal of $25,000 for this year. Some of this money will be used to restore and digitize chapter’s composites and rebuild the “ritual room” to its former glory, as well as finance other chapter-house enhancements, such as a lockable garage door and a privacy fence for the rear property line.
