Beta David Neff is committed to seeing that the Beta legacy thrives. This 1974 graduate may have settled down south of the Mason Dixon line, but he took him with that OSU passion and a desire to share the brotherhood and Beta traditions with others.
“Currently, I’m working with other local Beta alumni and representatives from our national office in Oxford, OH on establishing a Beta colony here at the College of Charleston. I’m hopeful that we’ll have some OSU Beta alumni help with this effort, as there are several graduates that live in the area.”
After moving to Charleston, David also helped to establish an OSU Alumni Club. On some days, the local OSU club might have 150 alumni and friends gather at a local sports bar to watch OSU football games.
David currently serves as the Administrator of Ambulatory Care Services at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he’s been for the past 20 years. He and his wife Elaine have been married for more than 29 years and have a son, Ryan (27), living in Washington D.C. and our daughter, Ellen (24) living here in Charleston.
