The library oak beamed ceiling and wainscot is finished giving that room a very special look. Except for finishing and trim work, much of the lower level and main floor are complete. A massive construction effort is underway to complete the suites on the second and third floors. Exterior painting will be finished shortly. The main and side entrance concrete steps will probably be poured when you read this.. The next major outside effort is the installation of ~$200K of storm water drainage and retention facilities. Once this is complete the parking lot, lighting, sidewalks and patio can be installed. Finally, the irrigation and landscaping will be installed.
Dean Warner and his Alpha team and subs are doing an excellent job on our new chapterhouse. I am sure you will be impressed with the three times large house at 1705 when you next visit.
