We launched the “All Alumni” phase of the new chapter house campaign with a new 12-page brochure that was mailed to all brothers mid-February. We have commitments for $513,000 of the $1 million we need to raise! Additionally, the much revised and improved conceptual drawings and site plan were submitted to the City of Ann Arbor planning group on January 27th.
Please read the brochure carefully as it describes why we need a new chapter house, giving level recognitions, design concept layouts, ways to give (both in money and in possible in-kind donations), the state of the chapter, and Q&A’s based on questions we have heard to date.
In the near future, a brother from your era will contact you (we call them Section Leaders) to see if you have any questions or concerns about the project. Additionally, he will ask you to thoughtfully consider pledging your support (and funds) to make this new chapter house dream a reality.
Please honor your Delta Chi pledge “to sustain my commitment to and involvement with our fraternity throughout my lifetime”. The time is now… so please join the 24 brothers that have already honored this commitment. Join this first ever capital campaign for the Michigan chapter.
