He writes “Transferred to University of Tennessee at Knoxville from OSU in 1964. Co-founded Delta Kappa chapter of Beta Theta Pi at UT, graduated in 1968. 26 Years as Naval Aviator. Commanded Attack Squadron 83, Carrier Air Wing 6, and the Joint Warfighting Center. Combat Vietnam, Libya, Iraq. Over 1,000 carrier landings in A-7, F-14, F/A-18. Retired from Navy in 1994. Consulting in defense and joint military training since. Living in Ft Walton Beach, FL. Actively flying a variety of vintage airplanes: Stearman, B-25, B-17, MiG-21, Antonov An-2, several others.”
